Weather
All charters are weather dependent. Fortunately, most serious storms are well forecast. We will always let prudence be our guide. Poor weather cancellations by Sealink Charters Inc. will be fully refunded to guests for both deposits and balance payments.
Questions and Details
When deciding on a charter please call to have any and all questions answered before booking. We also ask that each guest fill out a questionnaire when booking overnight charters at time of reserving . We want to be sure you have a wonderful experience onboard. Minimum age 6. Call 805 308 0157.
Beverages and Refreshments
Charters that include refreshments offer carbonated, flavored (non sugary) and typical soft drinks, and chilled water. State law disallows us to sell liquor onboard, BYOB welcome. When refreshments are included in daysails, they are fruit and cheese plates with crackers. Overnight sails are all inclusive meals with beverages, mixers and snacks. Cruise Details:
- Enjoy a scenic cruise down the Cape Fear River
- View historic downtown Wilmington
- Watch the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge raise to accommodate our tall mast
- Navigate beyond the commercial port to the Brunswick River
- Sail up the river to Visit Belville River Walk Park. Anchor and dinghy ashore
Onshore Activities:
- Relax on board or go ashore. Dinghy ferry is on call
- Explore the open-air Seafood Market (weekends)
- Use the picnic pavilion and covered picnic tables overlooking the river
- Enjoy playgrounds and nature trails (25-minute loop)
- Bring a picnic or late brunch to enjoy the picnic pavilions by the river
Return to pickup point:
- Assemble at the head of the dock for included vehicle transportation
- Departure for return to Port City Marina: 1:15 PM

Concert Night River Charter
Onboard Experience
-Enjoy the scene and sounds while anchored in front of the Live Oak Pavilion.
-Bring friends and party during the concert on a private yacht (max8). skip the lines and lounge on the foredeck to the music.

- Then we anchor right in front of the Pavilion for great location to enjoy concert.
Sailing Details
- Cruise down the Cape Fear River
- See downtown Wilmington and the Battleship from the River

Post Concert
- Return to the marina dock after the concert and wander up to the Marina Grill or

Southport Afternoon Sail and Sand Charter
1:30 PM: Charter begins with a short dinghy ride to the yacht Pau Hana laying at anchor off Southport.
- Sailing: Set sail and explore the famous Frying Pan Shoals, known for its history of shipwrecks.
- Route: Sail from deep to shallow waters over the shoals twice at different points.
- Experience: Enjoy unique sailing conditions, whether light air or brisk winds.
- Views: Gain a new perspective of the coastline, viewing Bald Head Island, Oak Island and the Cape Fear River exit into to the sea
- Post-Sail: Return to anchor off a sandy islet in calm waters with views of historic Southport, while there--

Activities
-Sail out of Southport passing through a shallow cut through the Frying Pan Shoals and onward to Masonboro inlet. View Carolina beach, Masonboro Island and the enter the inlet on the South end of Wrightsville beach from the sea.
- Anchor in the bay at Masonboro island, dinghy ashore and explore the uninhabited, protected, island with miles of natural beach.
- Swim and lounge in the warm waters of the bay off the boat
- Relax on the trampoline under the night sky.
